Hi, I’m Ben Taylor, and I’ve been obsessed with golf since I first picked up a club at 10 years old.

What we have in common. I loved the game, but over use injuries, stiffness, and pain (from a dislocated shoulder - not from playing golf) kept me from playing my best. I tried everything...physios, chiro, coaching, quick-fix gadgets but nothing gave me lasting results. It was frustrating watching my mates progress while I was worried about my back or my left shoulder holding up for 18 holes.

How I can save you time. I went on a steep and deep learning curve and am now a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 3 Golf Medical Expert and an Exercise Physiologist with over 10 years of helping golfers move better, swing faster, and play pain-free. I’ve worked with everyday golfers, elite juniors, and professionals to rebuild their bodies for long-term performance and enjoyment of the game.
